How do digital downloads work?

After you purchase, you will receive an email from us with a file of your image. Check your Spam folder if you do not see it right away. The email will come as a zip file with different ratios and those ratios determine the size you want to print. 

4:5 for 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 prints

2:3 for 12x18, 20x30, and 24x36

3:4 for 9x12 or 18x24

Download the zip file onto your computer.

Where can I have my images printed?

You can either print these from home or upload them onto a thumb drive and bring it into any of the following stores. Most of these stores have online ordering options- just upload your order online.

Kinkos, Costco, Wallgreens, Staples and of course a local print shop.

We also offer prints if you would rather we print them for you. Our prints start at 11x14 and go up.

Please note: all sales are final and we do not do returns.
